Hi,
sorry to ask this here but I really need help to figure out what happen with an item I send from PT to UK and on tracking details says 14/04/15 08:08 RECEIVED IN UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC but I believe that it have already a tentative of delivery but dont have a proof of that and it's not tracked...
Already tried to contact Royal Mail by email but they just don't care about help and say to contact CTT from Portugal...CTT says that can take up to 60 days to tell something and I just have more 4 days until refund the buyer...
I can pay to someone that help me figure out what's happen and a proof to show to paypal about this or else will loose a lot of money...
