Hello.
I ordered a package from the United Status about 1/2 weeks ago. It arrived in the UK on the 16th April and tracking says: DESPATCHABLE TO MAIL CENTRE.
The tracking hasn't updated since? I've rang my local mail centre and they said they have not received it? Does this suggest it's still in Heathrow DC? or maybe lost?
I'd appreciate any feedback from anybody who has had the same problem. I also apologise if this thread has already been created.

Keep an eye on it, from the 16th (last Thursday) its not that long, it still has to clear border control, VAT and Customs etc. Heathrow can take a long time to clear stuff so I wouldn't worry too much yet. If there are no problems I'd expect to see it over the next 4 or 5 days. If there is a problem it could take longer.
