TRACKING AN ITEM FROM RUSSIA....
Hi there.... my Russian friend posted a small package to me back in January and it's never arrived to this very day. I was advised to trace it on the Russian tracking system, and apparently the item left Russia and it arrived here in the UK on the 4th February. It's never been seen ever since. I asked at my local post office, and they said it was possible it may not have left customs here in the UK. The tracking number is RB003083653RU. Please can you help me to find this parcel. My Russian friend is very upset about it. Thank you. When I've traced this number on the Russian site, it's gone through all the systems it's needed to go through at the Russian end of the system. However the last known whereabouts was it had arrived in the UK on the 4th February. That was the last known trace of this parcel.

Re: TRACKING AN ITEM FROM RUSSIA....
After nearly 3 months I'd say its lost, your friend will need to make a claim, or, on the off chance that the label has fallen off and the address is missing contact customer care and they will alert the lost parcels section in Belfast, and they MAY find it. Its a long shot, but the RLB (its proper name) are quite good at this sort of stuff. Good luck.
