I shopped at Amazon from a marketplace seller and they sent the parcel on 25th February. They gave me the item RN036502944GB for tracking.
Royal mail website doesn't recognize the item. The message is "Status: That item number isn't recognised
The reference number might have been entered incorrectly, please check your tracking number and try re-entering".
The sender confirms the item is correct.
How can I do to know where my parcel is?

They might have missed the last collection by the time it was dispatched, what time of day did you get the "your item has been dispatched" email?

I have ordered from Amazon recently as well and was given a non RM tracking number - it hasn't appeared on the couriers T&T site yet but its also still within the estimated delivery time.
If yours is the same it may just be that they have assigned a tracking number, but have not yet dispatched it. Keep an eye on the tracking system up till a few days before the last estimated date if that hasn't passed. If it has then all you can do is go back to the seller - Under distance selling regulations they are responsible for getting the item to you, they can claim from RM or the Post Office if there has been a problem.

Forecast delivery is 25th February - 10th March. I hoped it was closer to 25th February than to 10th march!!
