Redelivery
I've ordered an item on eBay and arrived on Thursday but no one was in the house to collect the package and was left with 'Sorry you were out' card so I went on RM website to get it redelivered on Saturday 6th December but it didn't arrive today?

Unfortunately the Redelivery service is not a guaranteed one and It simply could be that they didn't have enough resources to actually get the redeliveries out today. Christmas is a very busy time of the year the amount of Parcels nearly quadruples and priority is usually given to the new parcels, rather than the ones that have already been attempted. I would re-contact the redelivery team again if it doesn't turn up today or tomorrow. I know our office and a few others have people working Sunday to try and catch up, your local office may be doing the same and may attempt delivery tomorrow, or even tonight.

Parcel didn't turn up today but postman doesn't deliver on Sunday in my area so I will wait till tomorrow and see if it arrives
