HELP MY ITEAM STUCK AT GBLALA

Post by RFox »

Hi

I ordered a baby carry sling (very expensive iteam) from Russia, it was dispatched on 13th September, on the 17th it was in GBLALA but I STILL haven't received it. The seller said I should contact royal mail, so I have sent filled out an enquiry form as I couldn't find a number to call.

It's now 4th October and my iteam is nowhere to be seen. I have a tracking number which is how I knew it was in GBLALA.

Any advice of what I should do. Any hope that I will receive my parcel?

it can take several weeks to clear customs, and more than likely as you said its expensive you will have to pay tax on the item, you should recieve a grey card with a customs charge amount on it, that will be when the item has made its way to your local delivery office, if it does not turn up its the sender who needs to make a claim to the sending postal operator
