I have placed an order from a webshop. I receveid a trackingnumber this wednesday.
this is the trackingnumber :RS205665569GB
Its friday now the code doesnt work.
I called royal mail they said there is no parcel with that number.
I called the company they said they have been havng problmes whole week with RM that they dont upload the trackingnumbers to the website but that it is shipped and I just should wait for the package.
Anyone any idea what I should do?

Sounds suspicious because I would expect RMs PDA/Scanner system to be able to upload it. But if its still within their projected delivery dates I wouldn't be too concerned.
Have you googled them to get an idea of their on line reputation. Or checked back on customer reviews to see if this is new or recurring problem.

I cant find a lot online but there are some reviews and the company shows on google maps.
Im just worried if its a scam or just Royal Mail that didnt upload the trackingnumber.
