Does anyone have the telephone number for Maryport sorting office? I have tried 01900 812722 but no-one answers.
Also any help on this - I ordered second class postage label online on 13th July and posted a parcel to Maryport on the 14th. The ebay buyer says they have not received it (which is why I thought to phone the sorting office). My address and hers are both on the label and inside the parcel, so I have asked her to wait until I can make enquiries but she is being really nasty and wants a refund NOW. Any suggestions?

Did you pay the correct postage price? As online paid postage (smart stamps) are regularly scanned to ensure correct amount has been paid, and if not it will have been held up and a payment notice sent out instead.
