Hi
Need some serious help. Returned items worth over £200 to ASOS. Its been a month and they haven't received the items. Royal Mail have looked into and tracked it with me. Today they say it has arrived. But it hasn't arrived to ASOS, it’s at some Manchester Mail Order RET. What is that?
Royal Mail are telling me this means it has arrived, and that is ASOS distribution centre, and it is up to ASOS now to locate the item.
The item has gone back and forth from the Manchester Mail Order RET for the last month. And I don't understand why????

its worth pointing out that asos had a big fire at their warehouse at end of june, this may be the issue
