International Mail Issue, please help

Hi people, I hope someone can help me.
I posted some really important documents via royal mail international signed for on Monday the 14th of July heading for Pakistan. They told me at the post office that I would be 7 days for delivery. As these documents are vital for a court case on the 23rd of July, I'm really stressed, as they may not get there on time. The tracking has been showing the same thing for 4 days. I've spoken to customer services who can not provide any explanation. If someone can please help and tell me why there is delay and is this common and how long would it take to resolve, I will be very gratefully.

message on the tracking website is: Your item, posted on 14/07/14 with reference RUxxxxxxxxxGB has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for despatch overseas.

Try the tracking details service at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and at Pakistan Post as well https://ep.gov.pk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and then if needed please copy and paste the RM results.

However, it may be that its just between the 2 operators and it will still get there as its only just over 1/2 way through its projected time to destination.

international signed for is not a tracked service so after it has left the uk you may not receive any more tracking information until after a delivery has been attempted

Bear in mind what time of year it is as well - we're right in the middle of Ramadhan, which means a huge upsurge in mail going to places like Pakistan. It can mean delays especially as RM only have a certain amount of planes to transport mail.
