please can anyone help

I have posted a card from France with the wrong message on it. As it was a card that was for someones mum who has died i need to stop it from being delivered can i do this.

You could try by calling customer services on 0345 740 740 but It could be a wasted effort - depending if its a rural area or a large city the sorting office will have on average over 1000 letters per postman per day the chances of stopping it before delivery are very slim especially if its being hand sorted.

Short answer: No

Long Answer: No, because it's illegal for Royal Mail to intercept any item of mail (that's not dangerous goods, prohibited etc) without a court order allowing us to.
