Hi Royal Mail
I posted a small parcel to Hong Kong from London on 10/5/14, and it still hasn't arrived yet.
I checked on the royal mail tracking system. What does it means when the latest update says despatched to office unknown? Does that mean it has passed to Hong Kong Post? or does that mean it is stuck with Hong Kong custom? Or does it mean it is lost somewhere?
