Hi!
I posted a parcel to Canada on March 13th and it hasn't arrived yet. I post things to Canada quite regularly and the longest it's ever taken is 10 days. I addressed the parcel clearly and put a return address on there too and it was sealed quite firmly. Is it safe to assume this parcel is lost forever?
Thanks,
Angela.

Re: Parcel to Canada
if it was coming the other way i would give you the following advice on timescale, it may be trapped in customs at the moment and take a few weeks to clear customs, if it was then undelivered, in the uk it would be held for 18 days before being returned to sender if there was a return address on the parcel so all in all if it was going the opposite way you could theoretically be waiting for about a month and half before it was returned to sender
