Hi All,
I need some advice and help...I purchased an item from Korea ( they using EMS delivery company) on 5th March. When I tracked it online it mean ' GBLALA", can somebody know what does it means and how to contact them?? Cause It has been more than 3 weeks,,,,,,waiting for my item...
I am really impatient now!!

GBLALA is our International Mail Centre at Heathrow (HWDC), it has no customer facing system so you are best contacting customer services, twitter is a good way @RoyalMail.
But first check Royal Mails own track details site at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it may help when you contact them.

I really don't know when my post is going to be delivered.It has been already two weeks in Gblala and no further info.Still don't understand how to speed up this delivery...Can anyone tell me what to do,or how to make further enquiries through the sending Post Office?

Can anyone tell me how can I find out when my post is going to be delivered? It's still in Gblala and it has been three weeks since I've sent it. I am very anxious to find out…If you have any advice please do tell, thanks.
