I am expecting a parcel from America and I have by mistake given them the post code of my office. Rest of the address is all correct. It should have been IG8 7EU but I gave NW3 2DG. Please tell me that it will still reach me even if it is delayed. If have to call, where should I call to tell them that I gave the wrong post code

The parcel will go to NW3 probably.
Then when they realise they don't have that address, someone should look up the street and find the correct postcode and forward it on.
If nobody can (be bothered to) find the correct postcode it will be returned to sender.
It probably revolves around how unique your street name is.
If it is the sort of name that can be found in lots of places (like Churchill Road) you almost certainly won't get it.
If your street name is unique you've got a better chance.
Is it a business address or residential? Business might help.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Sender Wrote:
The Rodings (I have not mentioned house number here, sender has written is correctly)
Snakes Lane
Woodford Green
London
and then the post code (i gave the wrong one)
The Rodings and Snakes Lane, are unique for London ( I think).
Please advise. Thank you.

If they have Woodford Green on it - it should still get to you although it will be delayed by going to the NW3 office, someone will know the the office to send it to, especially as they are not that far apart from each other.
There is still a chance it will be returned to sender, but having put Woodford Green on it has increased the chances of it getting to you.
