PROBLEM WITH A LETTER FROM ROMANIA

Hello,

My name Catalui Marinica are domiciled in Constanta, Romania, Stefan Panaitescu street no. 25 and I have the following problem with an envelope:
On 02/18/2014 I sent the United Kingdom a letter, with tracking code RN935036345RO.
On 02/20/2014 left the country following information received from the Romanian Post.
On 22/02/2014 I confirmed by phone by Romanian post that would have been the next destination:
HEATHROW.WORLDWIDE.DC.
The recipient did not receive my letter recommended.
Mention that the shipping address and the recipient employee ghiseull changed my mail address instead of "from" to "recipient" and instead of "United Kingdom" "United Kingdom", this be a problem?

I would like to receive information on the letter as it is very important and reach the destination in the shortest time.
