Recently sent a package to Columbia, South Carolina in the USA

But when I check my tracking it says Colombia as in South America,

The address and zip code on the box are right what will happen if it's been sent to the wrong country??

To be honest its all down to postal service in Columbia. They could forward it on to the US via their own international system, or they could return it back to the UK for Royal Mail to route it correctly (this is most likely).

However if its Royal Mails mistake I would contact their call centre 08457 740 740 and explain what you have seen on the tracking system. - they should be able to give you the official answer and also if you want/need it can start the process of claiming at least a refund of the postage.

As an extra have you seen this site it gives a history of the tracking for each number not just the latest status. http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
