Hello!
I exspect delivery from hong kong.
My tracking number is RF191898827SG
From few days status is the same.
"COLLECTED, HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC"
How long yet i must wait for delivery?

Items from Hong Kong are treated as recorded delivery once in the UK. Your item is probably stuck in customs

A tracking number ending in SG should be from Singapore and not from Hong Kong. Hong Kong tracking numbers end in HK

If from anywhere it still has to go through Customs - even EU countries.
