Another question, hoping for some advice please.
I have mistakenly sent 2 duplicate parcels to one of my customers. I have called the customer and they've agreed to send one back.
Can they just cross out their address, write "Return to Sender", and drop it back in to a postbox? It's just a large letter.
I don't mind paying some return postage, but I don't think my customer is willing to go to the Post Office or mess around with me sending £0.90 to her somehow. Even if it was returned to me with a yellow sticker saying I've got postage to pay - that's fine.
Will just "Return to Sender" work?

Yes - they could even refuse it at the door when the postie delivers them.
