tracking usa parcel help? :(

Hello everyone,

I sent a tracked parcel for xmas about a week ago and have been checking on the royal mailing tracking page following its progress, but today this message appeared:

08:13 UNDELIVEREDNOT AT ADDRESS, OFFICE CLOSED UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Can someone please tell me what this means? Im very worried about the parcel getting lost its full of presents, thank you.

It appears that it was undelivered because the recipient wasn't at home. Most likely will be left at the collection office for them to collect.

If you put your tracking number into the USPS Track and Confirm tool (google it) - it will tell you the location your item is being held at.
