SIGNED FOR FROM AUSTRALIA to LONDON GONE MISSING AT HEATHROW
I was sent a small item I purchased in a Stamp Auction in Australia no bigger than a Christmas Card. it was scanned in at Royal Mail Heathrow on 24.04.13 with the Tracking Code RR140743945AU - Then it went missing. You cant contact Royal Mail at Heathrow and Royal Mail Helpdesk , blamed UK Border Agency and HMRC / CUSTOMS. Still no sign. So what happened to it ? I have my own ideas about that and the same thing happened the previous year, that time a similar item from Argentina disappeared into thin air. As it takes so long to file a claim for a missing item, the system is just a joke and clearly open to abuse.
