I had the same when a parcel was sent from Amazon. I assume it means they send the items, and then Royal Mail give them a bill in accordance to how much they've sent. But only a guess.
Tracking for mine is: JG038833785GB
As I refused it, Amazon actually got two sales orders (guessing they pay for refusals?)

With the amount of Amazon that we had through last night, chances are that the lorry that was supposed to take your item from Amazon's warehouse to (probably) NDC just run out of space

Royal Mail are letting me/themselves down a lot recently... 4 items I've had now (i.e. all of them) that haven't turned up on the day they're meant to :-/ But all the ones with DPD/Citylink arrived alright. Amazon have extended my Prime membership by 2 months so far!
