HDNL and the competition.

Post by white van man »

I work for Home delivery network as a delivery driver/ I earn around 32k per year and until now had the upmost respect for royal mail. Until last week when i approached a postie near bury st edmunds and asked him if he knew where a particular house was, his reply was i aint fuc**ng tellin you ur the competition, sorry i am just another person working to feed my family, arrogant twats like him destroy all you stand for. It is not me who is trying to steal the business. If a women works in dorothy perkins clothes shop and asks a lady in another car who works for marks & spencer where a street is, does she say f""k you i aint telling u your a competitor in the retail business, the answer is of course not. You should all grow up and come and work for hdnl the moneys better and its job and finish.

Why did you feel the need to tell us you earn 32k, sounds to me as if you're trying to rub our noses in it.

Well and truly wrong. Employed by the company in an hdnl van driver and known as a senior driver. My job is to cover eight routes in our depot for holidays and sickness for a 25% uplift. Ten of us do this in our depot and one of them earnt just short of 38k last year.

Up in Fife we are much more polite. We tell you how to get to your destination then we say goodbye. Unfortunately it is the wrong way cos why should we help you c**ts. Would you like it if we kept stopping you and asking for addresses.
For 32k per annum get a satnav & f*ck off if you can find it
