Is there any way I can ring up to find out the tracking number or whether it has been delivered. I have all details like where I ppsted it, what time, where its going etc...

Posted something yesterday by special delivery but on walk back from post office I dropped the receipts and couldn't find them when retracing my steps.
Is there any way I can ring up to find out the tracking number or whether it has been delivered. I have all details like where I ppsted it, what time, where its going etc...

Sorry, No, the receipt is the only thing that ties the number to the address, or least that anyone on here can access. Your best shot is to pop back to the Post Office where you got it and see if they can track it down, but its a long shot and they can refuse if they want.
