Hi All,
Have come across some stamps with an E on them (Similar to a 1st or 2nd on a picture stamp). Can they still be used, and are they still worth the equivalent of 20g Europe like they used to in the past?

Intended for the basic European air mail rate, then 30p, it was issued on 19th January 1999 in booklets of four and then from October 1999 sold individually from counter sheets.LucasLCC wrote:Hi All,

They are still valid for postal use, that rate now being 88p, as are all British stamps issued since decimalisation in February 1971.
