I've been using OBA for a few weeks and all going fine but in a rush to get a second lot of post out tonight, I forgot to put the sales order in the bag. It's a single mailbag with the red tag which has the order number and my PPI number so it is logged and traceable but I am worried as to whether my post will be processed as normal?
Would appreciate some help as I cannot find anything on Royal Mail's website
Thank you.

Re: OBA HELP! Forgot to put sales order in bag
Things should be OK. The details on the bag label should let the Mail Centre track down your sales order.
One point to note is that, if you get your mail collected from your premises, the driver should scan the barcode on your sales order with their PDA. If there is no sales order to scan then the drivers have been told not to collect the mail (although they might contact the Mail Centre for advice before doing so in some cases)

Phew, thank you. I was a bit worried. At the moment I am dropping off at a post office and this was such a late one I actually stood next to the latest postbox in my area and waited for the postman!
