The parcel may have stayed in the post office over the weekend if it was posted after the last collection of parcels on Saturday. ( I am sure someone from collections/Pol will set me straight if this isnt correct )If that was the case, it wouldn't have left the country until Monday.
I send a lot of parcels to mainland Europe and would say it takes about 3-4 days when posted on Monday.

Last Friday, I sent a letter to Germany. It arrived Monday, a reply was plonked in the post and I received it today.
I am a Postcrosser, and penpaller. I send nice post.

I have a similar problem with Heathrow Worldwide DC.
I posted an International Signed For package to Germany from the U.K. on 26 July 2013.
It arrived at HWDC on 27 July at 04:49.
As of today 08 August, it is still there.
What to do ? There is no way of contacting HWDC.
And even if I could, how would they find my package ?
Very frustrating.
