Sizing craziness!
Needed to return a mobile phone case today bought from Amazon. Packaged it up and took to the PO. Thought it would go as a large letter but when the guy tested it was ever so slightly too thick. Therefore quoted me packet rate at 2.60. Took it back off the guy and 'massaged' the contents inside to make thinner slightly. Then fitted large letter for 69p! Same stuff being carried, minutely different format almost 2 quid difference!!!!
