Hi I was asked to post an item to someone in Hungary. But it seem the buyer didn't put the correct address as it say it has not been delivered. I wanted to know will it end up being sent back to me or will it just be keep as an undelivered item?

It will be coming back - in fact if you use the following link which has more details you should be able to keep an eye on its progress.
Of course there is always the chance it will still get delivered, it sometimes happens in that part of the GLS delivery area.

Sometimes they try to decipher the address or use local knowledge to track it down, I wouldn't be that concerned over 5 days. However if you vists the GLS Hungary site they have a contact email.

Thank you for sharing your story about Royal Mail ISF service and GLS. I sent a small parcel worth of GBP50 to Brussels on June 28th 2013 for a friend. My friend hasn't received it until today. I have tried to trace it by track and trace service on Royal Mail website and it's stated there that the parcel has already arrived in Belgium on July 1st 2013.
I then googled about this situation and found hundreds of complaint on GLS service. Thanks to you I know now about the GLS and how it works. I have sent an email to GLS customer service in Brussels today asking them about the parcel, along with the ISF number and the print screen of track and trace from royal mail website. The customer service said she can't help me if I don't have GLS Parcel ID. Then how come I know my GLS Parcel ID? I only know my 13 characters ISF number/barcode. I tried to call Royal Mail Customer Service as well but the man on the phone said he can't help me either because he doesn't know the GLS Parcel ID of mine and he doesn't know how to find it. This is frustrating, since I have read some experiences of people under the same situation like me and they can fetch their GLS Parcel ID somehow.
Is there any way we can figure it out our GLS Parcel ID by ourselves? I know that when my parcel is arrived in Belgium, the ISF number is converted to GLS ID number (from 13 characters to 11 characters). My ISF number is RU188336818GB. Here is the track and trace result:

They - as in Royal Mail - have used BPost not GLS - thats why GLS can't find it.

Hi Guys i am still trying to find out if this parcel getting returned to me or not seem its still in Hungry. I have email twice now and i have not had any reply. But i have been able to track it really well the only thing that happens is it get tored for another day in this warehouse.
