On christmas a parcel that was due on the 22 of november was late and i contacted customer service and they refunded me, but i received the refunded item later on the 22 of december (it was very awkward). The parcel was apparently held at the postal office depot in my city, and it was checked by the lebanese customs (the package was opened).
After this incident i continued buying from asos with no problems whatsoever, and now i ordered 3 packages in a row, none of them arrived yet, i cannot track them, and i cannot contact the customs (obviously they cannot search for my packages out of billions of others). I even received orders i placed after them so its not a problem with my adress.
Order 1 Shipped on 06/04 expected on 18/04
Order 2 Shipped on 08/04 expected on 18/04
Order 3 Shipped on 11/04 expected on 22/04
Was there any delay i should know about? It is weird that all 3 parcels were delayed at the same time. Does it have to do with easter holidays? Although they took quite a time to be delivered, and it's very annoying because i cant track my orders at all. I would also like to know where do the parcels go when they are claimed as lost, are they stolen? I dont understand how an item with my adress on it gets lost.
Please advise if i should ask for a refund yet or still wait, i dont want to go through the christmas incident again.
