Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a little advice on an international parcel shipped on the 1st of May. If anyone can share their expertise it would be greatly appreciated! The tracking info shows it as arriving in the country on the 8th but I'm confused by the subsequent updates. Would "UNDELIVERED" indicate that delivery was attempted? The address is a reception which is manned constantly so it seems unlikely. Can anyone shed any light on this? Any information at all! Many thanks. All the best!

Appreciate the response guys! fishtank, the reception is supposed to be manned 24/7 as it's a locker service similar to that provided by amazon.
