Could anyone shed any light on the tracking information below for me? I sent an urgent order to a customer of mine yesterday via special delivery and it has not arrived today. The tracking seems to indicate that the parcel was received twice at the Home counties mail centre? Any help with deciphering the information would be much appreciated!

Looks like the bag with the item in has ended up at Home Counties North Mail Centre (HCN) when it's proper to probably Medwey Mail Centre. The item gets "handed over" between shifts until the next dispatch. It should have been scanned in by the early shift, then they should have scanned it out to the late shift who would scan it in and should have dispatched it tonight to presumably Medway MC. What's the first two letters of the post code where it's meant to be going?

It'll be delivered today (assuming no other ****-ups happen). You should claim at the least refund of postage for failing to deliver it the next day.
