No it isn't a charity, but it also isn't clever to price customers out of using your service, and into a competitors instead.bringon4dayweeks wrote:so what it aint a charity gremlinUnhappyGremlin wrote:It was cheaper 4 weeks ago, by at least half.smok3y666 wrote:Just posted a small, 190g packet. £6.95. if people dont like the charges use some other courier i dont care theres enough work . they could use some woman in a car who will leave your packet under the hedge for lessUnhappyGremlin wrote:But they don't pay my wages, do they?bringon4dayweeks wrote:football clubs doUnhappyGremlin wrote:No it isn't a charity, but it also isn't clever to price customers out of using your service, and into a competitors instead.bringon4dayweeks wrote:so what it aint a charity gremlinUnhappyGremlin wrote:It was cheaper 4 weeks ago, by at least half.smok3y666 wrote:Just posted a small, 190g packet. £6.95. So it's a good idea to reduce mail volumes when privatisation is looming and they will be looking for excuses to cut jobs?bringon4dayweeks wrote:if people dont like the charges use some other courier i dont care theres enough work . they could use some woman in a car who will leave your packet under the hedge for lessUnhappyGremlin wrote:But they don't pay my wages, do they?bringon4dayweeks wrote:football clubs doUnhappyGremlin wrote:No it isn't a charity, but it also isn't clever to price customers out of using your service, and into a competitors instead.bringon4dayweeks wrote:so what it aint a charity gremlinUnhappyGremlin wrote:It was cheaper 4 weeks ago, by at least half.smok3y666 wrote:Just posted a small, 190g packet. £6.95. Re: How Much?
Yes they will. Don't think it can be stopped. But, the point is, if we have 30 % less mail in a year than we do now, they'll be able to cut more, and have the 'evidence' to support their claims.bringon4dayweeks wrote:they will cut jobs if they want to gremlin. do you think ?UnhappyGremlin wrote:So it's a good idea to reduce mail volumes when privatisation is looming and they will be looking for excuses to cut jobs?bringon4dayweeks wrote:if people dont like the charges use some other courier i dont care theres enough work . they could use some woman in a car who will leave your packet under the hedge for lessUnhappyGremlin wrote:But they don't pay my wages, do they?bringon4dayweeks wrote:football clubs doUnhappyGremlin wrote:No it isn't a charity, but it also isn't clever to price customers out of using your service, and into a competitors instead.bringon4dayweeks wrote:so what it aint a charity gremlinUnhappyGremlin wrote:It was cheaper 4 weeks ago, by at least half.smok3y666 wrote:Just posted a small, 190g packet. £6.95. Re: How Much?
Without looking at the price tables, I would suggest that a 190g packet for £6.95 is the Special Delivery price. 1st class would be £1.20 / £3.00 / £5.60 depending on the size, add £1.10 for Signed for. Or it's going abroad.smok3y666 wrote:Just posted a small, 190g packet. £6.95. Jesus Christ![]()
