Good evening everyone :)
Spoke with a customer today who had received a P739 in respect of her First Class packet from my company. When she called the DO to arrange redelivery as per the card, she says she was told that Redelivery could not be arranged on the item in question as it "wasn't a tracked item". They told her she'd have to come to the DO to collect and this was the only way to get it.
Take it this is not new policy or anything but rather a case of misunderstanding on the DO's part?

Never heard that before and if it is true then they need to change the P739s again to say that.

I've never heard of that. We've refused to redeliver special delivery items to a different address before now, but nothing like that.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
