Another tekkie question that hopefully one of you clever people can answer
I've been asked to set a BY AIR MAIL return envelope with the NE PAS AFFRANCHIR postmark
The destination address is back to the UK
Will this require the delivered by RM logo on it or not? it will ultimately be return delivered by RM

NE PAS AFFRANCHIR - Do not apply postage ???

This might be worth asking through twitter to be honest as they'll have all the regulations to hand. I am guessing its something like FREEPOST or receiver will pay - if freepost that should be okay, but I am not sure if we are set up for a Receiver will pay anymore - they may surcharge
