Hi,
I sent an IFS letter on the 29th of January 2013. Looking at track and trace, the system's latest update says:
30/01/13 08:40 RECEIVED ATHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
There is no restricted item (described in http://www.royalmail.com/personal/help- ... cted-Goods" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) in the letter. Is it normal for IFS letters to experience such delays?
