Commemorative stamp sets

One expects commemorative stamps to at least be presented with a heading. The stamps arrive in a black wrapper on top of each other. No sense of occasion. And if you buy 2 or more sets as gifts they come stuck together in one wrapper. First time I've bought for some years - I won't bother again.

But had you previously paid extra for Presentation Packs but this time only paid face value for the actual stamps ?

We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.

Since there was no information about stamp face value (London Underground set) I didn't know I was buying stamps to the value of the pack. It is poorly advertised. The pack cost £4.76. It turned out that it included two stamps at £1.28. (Odd amount?) I would happily have paid a little more for a better presented pack. The alternative presentation pack offered items I didn't want, such as miniature posters.
As for contacting Royal Mail, how? The website tries extremely hard to deter punters like me from actually emailing a complaint. There are no FAQs about problems with commemorative issues. And if you manage to get through all the undergrowth you don't necessarily get a reply. I know, I've tried. I am using the forum in the hope that if there are many of us who are unhappy about the commemorative sets or the way they are advertised, RM might reconsider its stance.
I don't understand the question "why are you posting here?" The forum allows for customer threads.

There are a total of ten London Underground stamps, six of them issued in sheets of 25 or 50 and four of them (posters) as a miniature sheet.
The six individual stamps are two at '2nd' (50p), two at '1st' (60p) and two at £1.28 ( overseas airmail rate ) totalling £4.76
The four stamps in the miniature sheet are '1st' (60p), 77p, 87p and £1.28 totalling £3.52
That's £8.28 for all ten stamps but the fully illustrated Presentation Pack, which you would probably prefer, is just 6% or 52p more at £8.80.
