hi i payed for my customs charges online but i used the wrong reference number on the card i got it looks like it begins with a 2A so i payed online then i realized it actually begins with ZA so what should i do now ?

Sorry but your best bet is to call 08457 740 740, and work through their menu till you get to speak to a human. They will be able to tell if the payment has gone through sucessfully or advise how to resolve the case if not.
Good luck though the menu system is quite detailed so I would call from a landline rather than a mobile.
