My name is Paulo Matos.
Im creating this topic so i can express my true disapointing with now's Royal Mail delivery process to Portugal.
From what i see, Royal Mail, now works with a really slow (really slow) company called GLS for deliveries in Portugal, instead of CTT.
My package as this tracking number on GLS 98271916182 and it says it is still in GERMANY. Why????
From CTT, i should already been receiving my package TODAY!
GLS as a really poor servisse, they even said i'll still have to wait 1 more week, for my package been dispatched from Germany, and with luck, it will come directly to Portugal, or in worst scenario, to spain, and still waiting one more week.. So, will i wait 2 more weeks for my package, when it should, on CTT already been here today????
What type of service are Royal Mail now trying to delivery to theire customers???
I'm really desapointed, i've used royal mail many times to dispatch my packages, with CTT, and now i see thar GLS is working with you??
GLS is the worst delivery company that i know.... Alot of portuguese customers like me are complaning, and you still continue to do the same mistakes over and over again.
There are also a lot of people complaining about items not being received, bad adress, etc.. etc.. when everything was correct, and GLS with their poor service cant give a good answer.
I've tryed to contact them by phone and email, and still dont get any answer.
Please, If any Royal Mail person responsable for this poor partnership company can help me get my item as faster as possible, if possible by monday, since i bet it's impossible today as it should have been with CTT.
I really need that package with urgency for my work.

Sorry for my possible bad english writing, but im portuguese, and disapointed with you.
If you can't give future better delivery service to Portugal, then you have lost not just me as costumer, but you already have lost many customers from Portugal, i'll have to search for a better solution.
I'd never have problems with you in the past, but presenting me a GLS service? Never again!

OK, this website has NOTHING to do with Royal Mail other than the people registered on here have worked for some part of the Royal Mail Group at some point, or still do.

Royal Mail won't be reading this, they won't do anything about it, and it's not something anyone on here can do anything about for you either.
