what has happened to my parcels?
I sent 3 parcels to my daughter who is living in Dubai, 2 where in bags one in a box, these cost me £76 to send! I sent them on 3rd December,one of the bags arrived a week later but the other bag and the box have still not arrived.I only have the receipt for the money,unable to find the 3 individual receipts..... Any suggestions?
