Service update for customers on Wednesday 28th November last updated at 10:23

General update
Normal collections and deliveries were made in almost all parts yesterday not affected by the adverse weather conditions. We expect to be able to provide the same level of service today. Deliveries and collections will be attempted in all areas today where it is safe for our people to perform them.

Adverse Weather Conditions
Although easing considerably, the recent heavy rain and flooding across many parts of the South West, the Midlands, Northern England and Northern Wales is continuing to cause some isolated problems for delivery and collection services. It was not possible to complete all deliveries in all affected areas yesterday and some minor disruption is likely to continue today. Worst affected areas yesterday included parts of Taunton (TA1-TA4), Bridgwater (TA5-TA7), St Asaph (LL17), Rhuddlan (LL18) Ruthin (LL15), Darlington (DL1-DL3), Richmond (DL9-DL11), Malton (YO17) and Skelton (TS12-TS13).

We’d like to apologise to customers whose services have been disrupted by the flooding. Any mail that we’re unable to deliver will be held securely and delivered as soon as possible.

Please check regional pages below for any disruption. http://www.royalmail.com/customer-servi ... ce-updates" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
