Hi!
Can anyone tell me the time/days needed to process a tracked packet to Europe at HWDC. Is there any possibility to ask for special delivery service regarding a packet posted by Royal Mail. I mean to change for special delivery service while the packet is on the way just to speed up delivery process ?

Special is for only UK items ..royal mail offer a airsure service that reduces the time to an estimated deliver of 4days .. if you send it through the post office as parcelforce on one of there express service then it can be 1 or 2 days deliver (expensive option) + not too sure of compensation rates

Once an item has entered the system the service chosen for that item can't be changed. Also once an item going abroad leaves HWDC, RM have absolutely no control over what happens to it from that point onwards.
