It's been 4 months since I bought an item from China.. And I have still not received it.
The item WAS dispatched and I tracked it with the tracking number (EMS), and it says that its at HWDC Langley.
I phoned Royal Mail and they said its lost and that its just "unfortunate" that it got lost.. I had no idea what to say as quite frankly I'm amazed it got lost..
I have told the seller this situation and he has not replied yet.
I'm clueless as to what I should do now. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Re: HWDC Langley??
It is up to the seller to make a claim for a lost item and to refund you. That's all that should be done now if RM have said it's lost. I doubt even Langley keep hold of stuff for 4 months (unless there's something dodgy about it) so I'd say it probably was AWOL.moonraker789 wrote:It's been 4 months since I bought an item from China.. Re: HWDC Langley??
Plus are you certain, and I mean 100% certain that it made it to Langley - you would need a Royal Mail scan to confirm that not a China Post one.
The reason why I am asking about certainty is that recently I have been seeing more and more fake tracking details, or even multiple items being dispatched on the same tracking number. If the seller has not refunded you I think you may have fallen victim to such a scam.
