Hi guys! I hope anybody can help me here
Im really worried because I have a package from UK to Mexico made it the last 22th, the 23th was received by royal mail but the tracking never changed from the last 24th :sad:

is a international Airmail.

The tracking say: Your item, posted on 23/10/12 with reference RJXXXXXXXXXGB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in MEXICO. . . . I didnt know anymore :cry :cry :cry

It might be being treated by Mexico's equivalent of RM as a normal recorded item. Give the tracking number a try here (http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Another possibility is that once the item reached Mexico they might have put their own tracking number on it and be tracking it on their own tracking number.

Hi, thank u for comment.
I tried it but say the same: 24/10/12 PM DESPATCHED TOMEXICO MEXICO
The local post office told they dont have. :cry

I hope Its just a delay :pray

It has left the UK - beyond that International Signed For doesn't receive tracking inside the country it is sent to.
Currently it would count as delayed so one of two things is happening
1 - It is making its way through mexican customs
2 - It is with your postal service on its way to you

I have no idea of how fast or slow Mexican customs are or their postal service so a delivery date Ian impossible to give.

The service local postal here in Mexico deliver 10-15 workeable days after leave mexican customs.

I think is inthe hands of the locar postal service, but I dont understand why it dont appear in the local postal service tracking sistem. Everyday they tell me: "Im sorry we dont received yet any email with these tracking number" :cry I hope they are wrong
