Leeds Parcel Delivery Problems?

Hi everyone,

I'm new - so excuse me if this isnt in the right section - admin - feel free to move if it isnt!

I'm hoping someone out ther might be able to help with regards to whether Leeds is having any problems with deliveries:

I have bought 3 items - 2 Ebay, one independent retailer:

1. Posted 18/10 from Scotland with trackable details - still not showing as delivered - just 'processing'
2. Posted 16/10 - first class, small parcel
3. Posted 19/10 - first class, small parcel

Usually, I would get a red slip, they never leave with my neighbour (despite asking!) I have checked my bins (yes they have put stuff in their before) and called Seacroft Sorting Office with no joy. A few times, when I have been up to collect at the sorting office, my parcels have been left on the wrong shelves, or been labelled with the wrong house number (ranging from 2-75) I live at 25 btw!

Any advice anyone? It would have to be that these are all Xmas presents for my son too! :mad

Are you saying you haven't received all 3?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
