Stuck international item help

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help me find out what this tracking info means. When I put in my tracking number using http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it says "DESPATCHABLE TOSURFACE SF - SURF NO TRACK" I have no idea if this means that it's left the UK or not, could someone please help? Thanks

The actual status is as it says - on 30 may 2012 Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre - scanned it and sent it on via the Surface (Ship or Road) - from this point it means there is no tracking so no more information will be forthcoming on track and trace.

It probably has left the UK now, but no-one can be certain (no track), and is on its way - however being surface the time it takes will depend on where its going.

Hi, Thanks for replying, the parcel is going to China. Normally when I send surface tracked it gets to China and I can still track it so I still don't understand why it says SURF NO TRACK when it should of gone tracked? I've sent lots this way and it's never said that before, I'm starting to think it's not even left the uk because other surface mail items that I've sent have all said this "DESPATCHED TO BEIJING CHINA"

Please anybody can help?Waiting parcel from china,on 23rd of october it arrived in heathrow worldwide dc and still no more information about it and haven't received yet.Already month from date it arrived to uk.What it means?Is it lost?How i could contact this heathrow dc?

From experience of all the previous posts abotu Langley/Heathrow on here, it's not unusual for the parcel to still be there. Also, Xmas is on the way and so delays are more likely due to larger volume of incoming parcels.

If the item isn't with you within the time specified by the seller then you need to take it up with them and get them to refund you and put in a claim for a lost/delayed item.

Just to add to what Teefer posted it could also be a delay in Customs and they have decided to raise a VAT charge or something else. Sometimes that can delay it for quite some time.
