Damaged parcel

Post by welshyshelly »

Good Morning,
Hoping someone can help me.
I sell a items online which are quite Fragile. I always make sure they are carfully wrapped in tissue paper, then plenty of bubble wrap then housed in a cardboard. On all 6 sides of the parcel is FRAGILE in red printing. One of my customers today have receievd the parcel and it is damaged. What would i need to do to claim against the Royal Mail?
Many thanks
Michelle
