Hi all
Some of you may have seen my previous post with regards to my waiting on a parcel from Italy. Well I have just been informed my parcel is back in italy and was rejected here? I've seen the photo of the parcel and the tracking has been circled and my address, nothing else. Can someone advise why this could be? The sender wants to send it again but is a little bewildered as to what's happened which makes two of us ..

If it was rejected by a Royal Mail employee it will have a sticker like this and that should indicate the reason why. Its normally on the same face as the intended address.

Thank you for the reply, no it doesn't have anything like that just address crossed out, I'm worried about her sending it again plus it's pricey for the signed for services :)

Given the fact that it apparantly never left Heathrow and the destination address was crossed out I wonder if customs refused it entry to the UK for some reason.
btw tbt the undeliverable item sticks are pink where there return address is abroad, I'm fairly sure there's a pic of one somewhere in the forum

Somebody from RM on twitter said they could only see that it entered UK on 27 April, what I don't understand is the parcel hasn't been opened to see what's inside ( some pencils and a plastic compact mirror ) and there is nothing on the parcel to say if / why it was refused and sent back. The sender has made a complaint so waiting on responce and or reason for it hopefully but I'm going to have to pay again now for shipping and hope that it gets here. Find it odd :0/
