Parcelforce 48
I posted a parcel using Parcelforce 48 which was left in the recipiants shed according to track and trace. Since no signature was obtained, what happens if the customer denies it was received or if its stolen?

Never heard of that beforeleft in the recipiants shed according to track and trace
But they can deny they've got it if they're that way inclined.
Didn't realise they had the option of 'Left in a shed'ect
With us Posties that's a sackable offence,i guess the Parcel boys work different.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

They should,at least that's what we Posties have to do,if you've got it on record through the tracking thing that it's been left then you're not responsible for any claim that may arise.
Your customer will have to claim off of Parcel Force.
