I need to get some info regarding the conversion of a house into flats and what I need to do in informing relevant services, my main line of enquiry is royal mail, Is there a document I need to apply for to change the address or is this done via the council offices first then royal mail.

Although it might be worth dropping a line to the local delivery office so that they can add it to the A Plus for the duty covering that area.

oh make sure the postman can deliver it easily and the postbox is labelled. Ideally all on bottom/ground floor. No postman like walking 3 flights of stairs for one letter.
